The characteristic of Kamchatkan seismicity in 2003 is presented in this paper. Based on the regional catalogue of Kamchatkan earthquakes 2D-distribution of background seismicity parameters was calculated. The set of considered parameters consists of seismic activity A10, slope in recurrence graph g, and parameters of the RTL-method and Z-test. The features of seismicity-2003 in Kamchatkan Gulf and Southern Kamchatka are shown.
