The X-ray Computed Microtomography technique for investigation of the internal texture-structural peculiarities has been described, and the examples of its application for working out the tasks applied mineralogy. Natural and technogenic raw material has been investigated, namely manganese and manganese-ferrous carbonate-bearing ores, natural and synthetic diamonds, carbon-bearing ores, metallurgic slakes, organogeneous minerals (pearls, corals), etc. Measurement and calculation of morphometric and granulometric characteristics may be carried out for heterogeneous mineral matter. Data obtained confirm efficiency of this method for geological objects analysis.
