We have contributed a new data about mineral composition and textural peculiarities of the productive mineralization of Zolotoye ore field. We have also characterized in details the textures of gold-quartz-adularia and gold-quartz-sulphide ore complexes. The most common textures are combined, breccia and brecciform, they are typical for ore and host rocks. The variety of textural peculiarities shows that the history of ore genesis was complicated and continued. This oregenesis was accompanied by boiling hydrothermal fluid and brecciation as well as repeated inter-ore and post-ore tectonical movements. We used the K-Ar method of isotopic dating to update the absolute age of host rocks and ore (17.1 – 21.4 millions years BP).
