THE FIRST FIND OF COAL ROCKS IN CRETACEOUS PALEOOCEANIC COMPLEXES OF THE EASTERN KAMCHATKA

Coal rocks were discovered and described for the first time in the Cretaceous oceanic complex of Kamchatsky Mys Peninsula (Kamchatka, Russia). The origin of the coal rocks can be related to one of the Cretaceous Oceanic Anoxic Events.
