MODEL OF CONVECTION IN THE EXTERNAL CORE OF THE EARTH

The model of convection in a rotating spherical layer of a viscous liquid (an external Earth’s Core) in Boussinesq approximation is constructed. At a conclusion of the equations of model the field of temperature is spread out on eigen functions of Laplas operator in a layer. The field of speeds is presented by decomposition on toroidal and poloidal components. The system of the equations for amplitudes a component of temperature and speed is received.
