During the oil field development and using well storage fields scientists face the problem how to control replacement of gas or oil fluid by water fluid. The same challenge concerns the subsurface leaching on the uranium fields when acid solutions or gaseous oxidizer replace stratum waters. The article describes a method developed and introduced by ‘Radionda Ltd’ for 3D geoelectrical mapping of interwell space using a radio-wave geological nondestructive testing. The paper provides the results from the experimental tests of the method used for monitoring the exploitation of oil and uranium fields.

Keywords: crosswell radiowave tomography, monitoring, oil, uranium, subsurface leaching.
