At the border between south-eastern Russia and north-eastern China much of the gold-bearing areas are located within the gradient zones of the gravity field. Large gold-ore districts that form the metallogenic signature of the region are located close to the differently oriented gradient zones. In the well explored gold-bearing areas the author detected the Pre-Cambrian protrusions and found that magmatic chambers are distributed vertically at multi levels above the Moho boundary, and the ore fields are frequently limited to the margins of intrusive massives. Zones of rock metasomatic alterations, deposits, and ore occurrences of precious metals within unexplored areas with gold deposits similar to the above mentioned may be helpful for conducting detailed forecasting-prospecting works.

Keywords: gradient zones of gravity field, intrusives, gold-bearing areas.
